COVID-19 – Cancellations and Deposits

New Direct Bookings

To put your mind at rest, until further notice (currently 31st December 2021), we have changed our Deposit and Cancellation terms for all ‘Direct Bookings’. When you now book, we will only take a £5 nonrefundable deposit, you can cancel this booking up to the day before arrival without incurring any further charge. If you cancel your stay any time after this period, you will be charged the full amount of your stay. 

Existing Direct Bookings

If you booked directly, we will allow you to cancel your booking up to 24 hours before arrival date and refund any deposit you have paid less the £5 charge. If you need to cancel your stay any time after this period, you will be charged the full amount of your stay.

Booking.com Bookings

Please refer to the ‘Terms and Conditions’ shown in booking.com, we will allow you to move your booking without penalty, to any date within the following 12 months subject to availability. Please note that you are always better off booking directly to receive the best cancellation policy, rates and availability.
