Coronavirus – Cancellation & Deposits

New Direct Bookings

To put your mind at rest, until further notice (currently 31st December 2020), we have changed our Deposit and Cancellation terms for all ‘Direct Bookings’. When you now book, we now only take a £5 non refundable deposit, you can cancel this booking up to the day before arrival without incurring any further charge. If you have to cancel stay any time after this period you will be charged the full amount of your stay. 

Existing Direct Bookings

If you booked directly we will allow you to cancel your booking up to 24 hours before arrival date and refund any deposit you have paid less the £5 charge. If you have to cancel stay any time after this period you will be charged the full amount of your stay. 

New ‘booking.com’ Bookings

Please refer to the Terms and Conditions shown when booking. Please note for the best price, availability and cancellation terms you should always book direct via this website or by calling us on 01929 423443.

Existing ‘booking.com’ Bookings

If your booking was made via booking.com then we will allow you to move your booking to any date within the following 12 months without penalty as long as you give more than 24 hours, if you have to cancel stay any time after this period you will be charged the full amount of your stay.
