Please note if you require a single night, or less than 4 nights stay in high season (19 July to 31 August), you must contact us directly via phone, email or our ‘Booking Enquiry’ page. On line bookings have a minimum stay of 2 nights in the off season and 4 nights during high season.

- How can we pay?
Deposits can be paid by credit/debit card or bank transfer (account details on request), We also accept cheques but the booking will not be confirmed until the cheque has cleared. The remaining balance can be paid by Cash, Credit or Debit card upon arrival or departure. Please note we charge 1% for all credit card transactions.
- What is your cancellation policy?
When you book we take a single night payment as deposit. If you give us more than 14 days notice we will refund your deposit less £20. Notice of less than 14 days will be charged the full 1 night amount. Less than 2 days notice will result in a 2 night charge. In the case of a No Show you will be charged for your full stay. In the case of a reduced stay we will still charge the full booking amount. Although not obliged to, in the case of a cancellation we may try to re-let the room(s) and if we do so will refund the re-let nights less a £20 charge.
We strongly recommend you take out travel insurance to cover such eventualities.
